Almost everyone wants to excel in his particular career, regardless of the nature of career, but do all succeed? I think, no! Because, excellence in career does need some basics, i.e. career based education, cooperative faculty, guidance of experienced and successful people, a stimulating educational and later professional environment, and above all opportunities. This is what I read once at http://www.gibbsmelville.edu/ and later I experienced the same.
I’ve studied many different courses in my academics, i.e. Education, Business, Finance, Economics, IT, human Resources, Philosophy, Politics etc, but the education that helped me in my career doesn’t include all of them. And, I think, if I’d have missed the part of guidance from the experienced faculty and other fellows, the success won’t have come either. And, the environment of course, played a vital role in the process of development.
